Road Safety Presentation – David Randini

Capping off the busy week we all experienced a magic/Road safety performance that was a combination not to be missed! The ever present Isle of Wight Celebrity magician David Randini wowed with well perfected illusions combined with a hard hitting message. An interactive show was enjoyed by all of Key Stage 2 with some lucky enough to walk away with a balloon styled souvenir (as pictured below)

As a class we were motivated to develop and perform some devised drama around the message of STOP, LOOK and LISTEN the tableaux were particularly fantastic! What Talent, some drama in the future I think!

History Show – A big hit!

Last week was again another busy one with many events and opportunities for innovative learning. One of the highlights was Greg Chapman’s Condensed Victorian History performance. Very well received by all the performance was a mix of interactive displays, hilarity and in-depth Victorian knowledge.

Below is one of the images from the afternoon – demonstrating the importance of the Rifle to the British armed forces and the growth of the British Empire.
